David Austin Rose
Yes, your eyes aren’t deceiving you and this is really a Rose! Specifically a type of English rose that is created by David Austin, hence the name. At first glance, David Austin Roses can be mistaken for the equally puffy Peony or Ranunculus, but if you go a little closer, you will notice that their petals grow in a distinct swirl similar the common Rose.

Peony
We’ve kept this for the very last one because Peonies are our favorite! A seasonal flower beloved for their lush and soft petals, Peonies represent honor, loyalty and is a symbol for a good marriage. You can tell Peonies apart from David Austin Roses and Ranunculus by their slightly split petal ends and a yellow frilly center.
